Default Anti-HA affinity Matrix from Roche



Hi everyone i want to use Anti-HA affinity Matrix from Roche to purify Smc3-Ha from yeast. In the catalog that comes with the matrix (also available online) there's a very brief protocol. i need a detailed protocol that works!!
