 Strep-tactin magnetic beads Hi, I try to detect binding partners of my strep-tagged protein. The binding of my construct with strep magnetic beads works fine but I fail to detect other partners proteins. I use Nacl-tris-NP40 for washing, I wonder if it could remove my partners from my construct by modifying the binding. Which washing buffer do you use in your CoIP usually? under native conditions of course. Thanks in advance  |

I also want to purify my protein with STREP-tactin but I am using columns and the process is very time consuming. I would like to try the magnetic beads. Concerning the binding partners, have you tried to change the NaCl and NP-40 concentrations? |
