| Hey guys, I'm IPing STAT1 from whole cell lysates, and it seems to work - I ponseau my blots and I see IgG banding and when I blot for my protein of interest I can detect it, and see the effect that I want... but when I go back to blot for STAT1 itself, I can't detect it. Anyone have any insight on this? Thanks! Jason |

| It could be your protein of interest bind to the agarose or sepharose beads, before doing IP first check your STAT1 and protein of interest expressed or not by western blot, then go forward your IP. |
