Immunoprecipitation after Co-Transfection

Hello all. I am doing an experiment and need some help. I will IP 2 proteins with different tags expressed in HEK 293T cells.

I am going to co-transfect the 2 vectors into the cells however these two proteins are expressing at different efficiency!

One is not expressing too wel. How can I transfect the two and examine them if one is very low. Maybe one is decreasing the efficiency of the other?
does anyone have similar problems or any solutions?
