| Hello everybody, I have a doubt about a protocol for IgM purification. The protocol suggest a column of 26x900mm, but I have in my lab columns 0,8x4cm with a pore 30um. It's necessary that specific columns for purification with Sepharose 6B or I could use the columns I have at my disposal in may lab. An other question is, we can choose two kind of sepharose 6B for purification a powder preparations or beads, which one is better for purification? Thank you very much, I apologise my english I don't know if I have explain my trouble Anteros |
