| Hy everybody, I try to immunoprecipitate Hsp90 from tumoral cell lysate; i try different antibidies and different protocoles but il stil doesent work. Does anybody immunoprecipitate Hsp90 from tumoral cell? Thanks for answering Carole |

| Done IP successfully with her2 (about 1% of mass of BC tumor cells). Is hsp90 overexpressed in your cell line? My guess is that if your Ab works well in westerns it should work in IP as long as you have enough target protein in the first place. Have you tried it out on Western Blots? Antibodies etc are new or freshly made? Incubation times are reasonable? |
