Default slimy IP

Hi, I've used a Ripa-type buffer for 10 years, but it now seems like I end up with a very slimy lysate. I use DNAse in my buffer, still can't get rid of it. I'm using HEK293a cells, same as before. How could I get rid of the slime? Happened more than once, and I lose most of my sample when I remove the slime.
