seru stimulation
 

Hello,

Recently I started an experiment with stimulation of a proximal tubular epithelial cell line with serum from rats. I replaced all the bovine serum in my medium for rat serum (5%). Suprisingly all my cells died :< after 24 hours. Does anyone have a suggestion how to fix this problem?
