What is the density of a neutrophil? Hi Everyone, Quite a silly question but I would really like to find out the density of neutrophils. Any help would be greatly appreciated!:boohoo: Thanks Cherrie |
Re: What is the density of a neutrophil? Polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMN) show a broad spectrum of densities (1.10-1.06) distributed, with gradient method using diluted isotonic Percoll (see you : [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]), in : a) high density (HD-PMN) with density about 1.10 and 1.085; b) intermediate density (ID-PMN) value from 1.085 to 1.075, and c) low density (LD-PMN or degranulated-PMN) with values between 1.075 and 1.06 |
Re: What is the density of a neutrophil? Thank you Zagami! Would you have a publication for this by any chance? |
