 RBL 2H3 cell line, what are they? Hello, Are rat basophilic leukemia cells which were transfected with CD94/NKG2A-EGFP, concidered NK cells? Or are they different cells? If different, why should someone use these tranfected cells inorder to investigate NKG2A signaling (interaction with SHP1), why not use NK cells transfected with fluorecent proteins? I'd appreciate any help, Thanks  |
