T-cell Assay

 how do i conduct a T-cell Assay?

Re: T-cell Assay

You can assess cell mediated response (T-cell assay) by measuring the lymphocyte proloferation assay or measuring interferon. There are special kits for this purpose.

Re: T-cell Assay

I completely agree with awad . PBL's ELISA kits can be used for measuring interferon in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant. PBL's enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits are based on a multiple antibody sandwich immunoassay. Interferon is captured by an antibody bound to the micro titer plate wells.
