 Primary Antibody incubation time...too long? Im an intern, and I think I might have made a mistake in the IHC protocol by not washing properly after applying my primary antibody. I was rushing to go home, and I just threw out the solution with the primary and put in PBST solution and left it over a weekend without properly washing.  Will I get high background from residual antibody?  |
