Default TRAP stain?

Hi everybody,

in the attached picture you can see osteoclasts, which are stained for TRAP (with the trap staining kit from sigma aldrich) and then the nuclei were stained with haematoxylin.

can anybody tell me,if the trap stain is well done or if it didn´t work?

regards nicole
