| Kindly, is anyone aware of any histochemical stain for transthyretin, ideally, which can differ-diagnose from other types of amyloid depositions (AA, AL, κ-, λ- chains)? The best thing I have come up with is an "autoclave" and "guanidine/HCl" technique - no actual stain that is... Any help is highly appreciated fellas! Thank u 4 the time u took reading this. |
