Hi

I am about to carry our TUNEL assays using the promega dead enc colourmetric kit on pariffin embedded sections.
I have read some TUNEL protocols which dehydrate at the end of the protocol but the kit insert mentions nothing about this. Does anyone know if this is necessary with this kit?
