| Is anyone using 3,3'-Diaminobenzidine (DAB) staining? I am wondering how long do you wait until the samples turn brown? I am using it on paraffin sections. I got good result before (I waited about 15 mins) but now I am having problem with it. I had to wait until 1-2 hours until the samples turn brown... and work on some sections but not all... So I am wondering if there is something wrong with the DAB solution or perhaps something else... Thank you so much !! |

| Uh thank you guys, actually the problem was solved. I tested my method using two different samples (from different studies...) and seems that the new sections from one of the studies were processed wrong... The staining was perfect in the old sections after 15 mins DAB... |
