Default PBS 10x vs 1X



Hello everybody,
I did some vibratome sections last week and stored the section in PBS 10X (without MG and Ca) instead of PBS 1X . Does anyone know if it will have repercussion on my immunostaining?

long term storage in the high salt concentration of PBS 10x may shrink the cells in your tissue
