| Is there any method to avoid (to block) the unespecific staining of the skin keratin in immunohistochemistry? I have problems with some samples of mouse skin (FFPE), I´m interested in the uper layers of the epidermis so, with the unespecific staining of the keratin, I can´t see if my staining in those cells is specific. I´m using Caspase 8 antibody from Abnova, citrate unmasking (Ph:6), peroxidase block, 1h of normal serum block,1:500 dilution of primary antibody and anti-rabbit Envision system from Dako. For the washes , TBS-T. My positive control is cerebelum. Thank you |
