Alexa Fluor 488 and 350 showing red stain??
 

I did some double staining one using green alexa fluor 488 2nd antibody another using blue alexa fluor 350.

Accidentally I saw pretty some red staining using the red filter, especially in some area in the submucosa of intestine.

They even looks specific..... Never using Alexa Fluor 350 before, is this relevant?

Any possible explanation?
