 antybodies please, please, dear colleagues, could you help me this this situation - i did negative control only with secondary abs on human brain tissue and received pictutes with pretty nice architecture but different from actual pictures, the guestion is - with whom my secondary abs could react on tissue and could they react with something else then my primary antigen? or are these negative photo "cancel" my positive picture as the architecture is quite the same, different only in granular corpusculs, thank you very, very much beforehand, yevgeniya  |
