| I'm using anti-mouse Cy3 as a secondary antibody for staining cells encapsulated in a collagen gel. When we try to image the gels, there is a lot of background. We believe that Cy3 is interacting with the gel or that the dye doesn't have enough time to diffuse. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks! |
