 PLL slide problem We are finding "trash" on the majority of our H&E slides. They are particles found in any given area on the slide, single particles and clumps of particles, under the tissue and on top of tissue. These particles are stained with eosin. We have come to the tentative conclusion that the slides are contaminated in some way. Has anyone else had any similar problems and if so what was the resolution?  |
