| Hi, Brain sections (20-40 microns) are falling off from Fisher charged slides at post-fixing step with 10% formalin itself or/and with increasing % of water at rehydration during H& E staining. They are being stained 2-3 hours after cutting the brain. Does anyone have ideas of what could be going wrong and how it could be prevented? Thanks! |
