| Hi friends, I started to isolate proteins from human adipose tissue. But, I am facing a severe problem with the blood cells/blood vessels. So, I eventually happened to get a lysate which is red in colour. As I am using BCA protein assay kit for the assay of proteins, I am getting false results due to the color interference. I am clueless how to get rid of this color. I have very little time left to perform this experiment and my supervisor is awaiting my results. Pleaaaaaase send me any replies. I really appreciate any suggestions to my problem. |
