| hi, I just want to know, is (AG)8C is an anchored ISSR primer? or if the anchor with two nucleotides that considered as anchored primers eg; (AG)8AC |

| Hello Yes both primers are 3' anchored and both are highly common in plant genome and useful in genetic diversity |
