Default Virus neutralization test - HELP, URGENT

How to calculate sensitivity and specificity of the virus neutralization test ( incubation period 1h/37 and 24h/37)?

Positive and negative samples: 15/20 in first test (1h/37) and 22/13 in second test.

I need to compare these two tests
