| Hi there: I'm working on indirect ELISA using recombinant antigens. We have some troubles to dialize it (it precipitates), so it stills in a Imidazole 500mM, Urea 1M, NaCL 500 mM, Tris 20 mM buffer. I would like to know how can these reagents afect to the coating process while pH 9.6 Carbonate buffer is added? Thank you so much for your attention best wishes Daniel Morales |
