 transient expreesion in plant Dear all i need to use transient expression method to overexpress a gene in tobacco, so that i can purify the protein later on for protein study. i would like to know is there any vector can be used for this purpose which is compatible with gateway system, so i dont need to cut the vector and insert with RE and ligate with T4 DNA ligase. Hope someone can suggest a good vector for me thank you  |
