| hello i am using fmoc strategie for the synthesis of small peptides. The problem is that the cleavage from the rink-amide resing gives a peptide with an amidation on the c-terminus. For my next peptides i need a free c-terminus without this amidation. So I tried to find a linker which allows the synthesis of this kind of peptides but wasn't successfull. Is there anybody who knows a linker-system to overcome this problem. Preferably using fmoc strategie further on. Or is there a reaction wich allows me to cut of only the c-terminal amidation afterwards? best regards christian |
