Trying to learn about laboratory work/research in cell line. Before receiving your answer I have discover the answer way ahead from my own reading. Anyway I feel sorry for you also.... |

| Re: How to prepare stock solution? Knowing that 300,1 is molecular weight of cisplatin powder, so to dissolve 100 mg of available powder in 66.64 ml of ddH2O or saline (e.g 145-150 mM NaCl) with 1.5006 mg/ml final concentration of cisplatin. Good luck and let me know |
