| Hello I am new to this forum, I would like to check my protein of interest binds with RNA. so i was planning to do EMSA. but as evryone knows we need to tag the RNA for it to be visible in gel. so my doubt is, if there is any modification which can be done in EMSA by which I can just confirm that my protein of interest binds with RNA(Using total RNA). or would be glad to if any of you could suggest a simple technique To confirm my protein can bind RNA. Thank you |
