Is mercury the only liquid metal at room temperatures,

It's question of what you taken as room temparature


metals liquid at temperature (25 degrees)

* mercury

metals liquid at temperature 30 - 40 degrees

* Francium
* Cesium
* Gallium
* Rubidium
