 How to calculate collagenase amount required Hi there, I am trying to prepare 80 ml of digestion solution at working concentration=100 CDU/ml using collagenase from Worthington (stock concentration= 280 U/mg). I got confused with the unit 'U' and 'CDU'. Can anyone teach me how to calculate? Many thanks.  |
