 genome analysis Hello friends I am working on a nucleotide sequencing data from some species and i wish to perform genome analysis and annotation of the obtained sequences. I also wish to perform a comparative genome analysis. I have an overview of genome analysis but i am looking for some sort of procedure that i can follow, starting from genome assembly.. Is there some protocol and tools that i can refer to ?? Thanks in advance!!!  |
