How To Get Microbiology Jobs in USA

I have a Masters degree in Microbiology from India and right now am leaving in Maryland.

How to get job in microbiology related field.

Do i need to write any certifications?

Can someone guide?

Cant you just solicitate for a job? You are allowed to work in the usa, right?

Do you have any letters of recommendation maybe from previous jobs?

I do have recommendation letters.
I have worked has assistant professor teaching microbiology for graduate students for 1 year.
Right now am not allowed to work , but in 3 months i will be allowed to work in USA.
Any useful information is appreciated.

I think you best start looking at the websites of local colleges/universities and/or companies to see if they look for a teacher/professor or researcher.

Or check some of the specific websites for microbiologists.
If you google , you should be able to find some websites with vacancies specificly for microbiologists

I know there are some websites out there, that you can use (eg. jobs in microbiology), but since I dont really use them myself, I cant really give you any links.
I stumbled on them a while ago, when checking another forum, but I didnt really pay a lot of attention to it, since I was not really looking for a job.
