| Hi all, I am new into this issue of designing primers and working with different concentrations of primers. I am not able to between micromolar, picomolar concentrations etc. I ordered primers and they have come in lyophilised forms, with the following: synthesis scale 40nmol purification Desalted No of bases 21 From literature, exact volumes for a reaction of 25ul is not given, although concentrations are given i.e. 1.6uM. and in another literature this is given as 50pmol. How do I proceed from here and reach a desired volume for my reaction mix? Thanks in advance edok |
