 How long should it take to set up a mass spec detection method? Hi folks, I'd be really grateful if you could help me with this query. I'm using HPLC to detect loperamide levels in rat brain samples, but I fear it won't be sensitive enough. How long on average would it take to set up a LC-MS method of detection? I got a quote of 6mths from someone but this seems excessive!! Many thanks  |
