Default Help ID'ing a Fungus

Not sure where to post this. Need help identifying a fungus. Looked all over the web but cant seem to find anything substantial. Can anyone help me identify this? In the picture, i used a one-foot scale for comparison. it has grown larger since these pics were taken.
