standard deviation when substraction and division

Hey everybody!

I have to calculate the standard deviation of my experiment and I am not sure how to do it after substraction of the background and division of the internal control. I did a QPCR in triplicate and my final value (E) is calculated as follow.
(A-B)/(C-D)=E
A,B,C and D are independent averages of concentration coming from triplicates. How should I calculate the final standard deviation of the experiment.

Thank you very much!
