sorry for late reply, immunology is a very vast field and you can present anytopic from this field from very basic like component of immune system to very advance like DNA vaccines or tumor immunology. but i think you must present the topic that is of your interest and also the topic you have maxiumun information.
there are many other topics like
complement system
antibody production
monoclonal antibody production
hypersensitivity
major histocompatibility complex
host-microbe interaction
immunology of viral infection
vaccines
and many others you you can choose any.
