| The image of sequencing my gene showed that there were high peaks of vector gene, but very low peaks of my inserted DNA. why ? My gene was ligated in the PET vector. I used M13F to do the sequencing reaction. |

| I'm sorry, but I don't understand the question... you mean you have low amounts of your vector of interest compared to religated vector? |
