Hi, I'm doing western blotting ,every thing is fine but I steel have one problem .Do some one know how doI have to do to normelize my samples to get the best results?Is it crutial to do a protein essai to load the same amount of proteins ? And to use a house kiping protein as beta actine ? I have to groupes of samples one control and one essai , and two proteins to identified, with the same molecular wheigt.How would you normelize your sample in this case?Thank you. BLA  |
