ciao a tutti, ho urgente bisogno di info su aspartame:
1)metodi di produzione: chimico, biochimico, biologico?
2) D-aspartame Ŕ amaro, come si purificano le due forme?

ho fatto un googlata e non ho trovato nulla...

info o dove le posso trovare?? please serrve per uni
anche in inglese, ma che sia specifico... grazie, Davide
