Hallo NG,

bin auf der Suche nach einem Gradient-Thermocycler bei dem es möglich
ist den Block zu tauschen (96well bzw. 384well). Kennt jemand eine Firma
die sowas herstellt?

Hallo Robert,

bei den "DNA Engine" Maschinen von MJ Research (vertrieben von BioRad,
glaube ich) sind die Blöcke austauschbar, und zumindest die
96-well-Einheiten haben Gradientenfunktion (bin nicht sicher, ob die
384-well-Blöcke auch gradientenfähig sind).
