Default Ayuda con gen normalizador PCR timepo real



Saludos, soy nueva en el foro y me da gusto encontrar uno en español.


Estoy haciendo PCR en tiempo real con SYBR green en un Rotor gene 6000, mi pregunta es si los valores del ct del Normalizador (estoy usando GAPDH) deben ser los mismos independientemente del tratamiento (estoy usando varias concentraciones de un fármaco) y de la corrida, ya que estoy haciendo tres repeticionesindependientes.
