Angry Epitect bisulfite convertion kit of Qiagen



Hola necesito saber si alguien más a empleado este kit para la conversión de genómico por bisulfito. Mis primeras PCRs no funcionaron en absoluto y cuando quise visualizar si tenía recuperación de ADN luego del tratamiento no pude ver nada, ni siquiera tiñiendo el gel de agarosa con bromuro y corriendo una alícuota correspondiente al 50% del eluído incubada con bromuro también. No se si es normal que no vea nada y el problema de mis PCRs se deba a , por ejemplo utilizar la polimerasa PAQ de Stratagene y no por ejemplo una Hot Start Taq tipo la Gold Taq.
