Default Trizol...

Tambien puedo obtener DNA de la separacion con Trizol?, por ejemplo, en la interfase queda DNA y proteina, y en la fase acuosa el RNA, si quisiera el DNA me quedaria con la interfase y luego separaria con fenol y cloroforma hasta quedarme solo con DNA.. o se haria otra cosa...

Si esto es cierto en teoria, pero en practica la adn que queda del interfase no es de muy buena calidad.
