Default Precipitacion de RNA

hola, tengo una duda, porque para precipitar el RNA primero utilizamos el isopropano, y luego el Etanol.... algunos utilizan etano frio al 70% que es lo que pasa.... me podrian ayudar....

El alcohol deshidrata el arn, y con centrifugacion se precipita. El isopropanol es simplemente mas eficaz que el etanol. Por eso se usa isopranol y luego etanol a 70-75% para un lavado del arn precipitado. El lavado sirve a remover sales que tambien precipitan y tambien mantenien el arn deshidratado. Luego el arn puede ser suspendido en agua o TE.....
