Exclamation Urgent help with flow cytometry scatter plot and histogram analysis

Hello, I have been isolating RBC derived mcvs and have quantified them using the Guava easycyte flow cytometer but I have absolutely no idea how to analyse the data produced. I have not used any markers, and I am unsure how to make sense of the data.

Please help!! I can provide you with an image of one of my results.

Thanks!!!
