FACS sorting chromosomes I'm looking to FACS sort / isolate an individual chromosome from 2n=6 eukaryote cells. I've read Yang et al. 2010, "Completely phased genome sequencing through chromosome sorting". Anyone else have experience with this? Is image cytometry better for this kind of thing? |
